Silver medallist at the New York food and wine competition, the Perric.One of Castellucci Miano comes from pure Perricone grapes from vineyards located over 700 meters above sea level, on the slopes of the Madonie mountains. The bouquet is ample, rich and complex and ranges from notes of red fruit to sub-spirit hints, with a warm finish that reminds tobacco and licorice. On the palate it is full-bodied and fresh.
Pair with beef steaks, mushroom risotto, lasagne and pasta with Bolognese ragù.
