Domìni Veneti is the emblem of quality wines of the Valpolicella Classica and Veronese areas. The area has been designated "Valpolicella Classica del Vino" since 1968 as the production area of Valpolicella DOC wines.

Domìni Veneti, a winery located on the hills near the city of Verona in the Veneto region, has created this great red wine which conquered us from the first sip. Appassimento translates as “fading” or “withering” in Italian and refers to a winemaking process where dried grapes, instead of fresh grapes, are fermented.

Ruby red in colour with garnet hints. Spiced notes on the nose with vanilla and cherry.  Full bodied and rounded with soft tannins and a long, spicy finish.

A fine companion for meat dishes and aged cheeses.

Ruby red with more advanced nuances. Complex on the nose, with notes of cherry and vanilla. The taste is armonious, full and velvety, with a long finish and spicy notes.

60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 10% Rondinella grapes, 10% red grapes form the area - IGT Veneto
